Warranty

If you buy from us new watch – they will be covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Typically, this is 24 months from the date of purchase. These watches always have the status 'NEW'. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty services. Please contact our consultants for the conditions for obtaining such a guarantee.

For watches with the status history ' may be subject to a manufacturer's warranty. This, as well as the duration of the manufacturer's warranty, is indicated on the watch's history page.

We provide our own 12-month warranty for all products.
